One Inch Hand-held Ink-jet Printer

Please read the user manual carefully to use the printer in better way.

Dear Customer:
Thank you for purchasing and using this product! In order to help you use the machine in a better way, please read this manual
carefully. User manual could help you master the correct operation, and avoid unnecessary troubles caused by mistakes or irregular
operations.

Notes on use:
1．Please insert or remove ink cartridge when printer is off.
2．Please do not change parameters when printer is in printing.
3. When printer is off work, please remove ink cartridge and cap it well with protective clip in order to avoid blocking up or
damage.
4. Please turn off printer in correct steps: click Shut Down and press red power button after screen turns off.
5. Do not put the printer in wet condition in order to avoid influence of wet.
6. Please do not hit the printer with hard objects.
7. Make sure the ink cartridge is in correct place when you use it.
8. When use print mode of key trigger, just press the button and release it and it will start printing. It is not necessary to
keep pressing the handle button.

Processing way when printing is not clear
1．Please check whether ink cartridge is in correct way；
2．Please load the printing file again；
3．Please check whether printing settings parameter is correct；
4．Please check whether the cartridge nozzle is clean or not；

2. Major menu

Print: enter window of printing
Print Set: set up printing parameters, adjust printing effect and print mode.
Edit: edit printing file and manage file.
System Set: set up system settings.
Shut Down: shut down and exit the system.

3.0 Edit

Click Edit in major menu, enter window of printing. Could input text, time, date,count number, image, QR code, Bar code here.

3.1 Edit text

In edit menu, click Text to input Chinese, English, number, symbol and other contents. Click Text→Edit →Empty→input information(click EN to shift Chinese, English and symbol, click Caps to shift Capital and lower case → Finish → adjust font,size, interval space, rotation and position as need→ click return logo to back edit window→File →Save or Save as→ input file name(English letter or number)→OK →click return logo to exit.
Click Delete on the upper right corner to delete current content.

3.2 Edit time

In edit menu, click Time to input time and date. Click Time (system date will pops up directly)→ adjust font, size, interval space and position as need→ click return logo to back edit window→File →Save or Save as→ input file name (English letter or number)→OK→click return logo to exit.
Click Delete on the upper right corner to delete current content.

3.3 Edit count

In edit menu, click Count to input counting number. Click Count (000000 will pops up directly)→ adjust type, font, size, interval space and position as need→ click return logo to back edit window→File →Save or Save as→ input file name (English letter or number)→OK →click return logo to exit.
Click Delete on the upper right corner to delete current content.

3.4 Edit image

In edit menu, click Image to load image. Image need be transfer via USB disk. Copy the image(need be saved as monochrome BMP format) to local storage from USB disk. Insert USB disk→ Click Image→ Select picture→ UDisk → choose image file → Copy to local →Local → choose image file → OK → adjust image size, rotation and position as need → click return logo to back edit window → File →Save or Save as → input file name (English letter or number) → OK → click return logo to exit.
Click Delete on the upper right corner to delete current content.

3.5 Edit QR Code

In edit menu, click QR code to input QR code content. Click QR code → Edit → input text content→ click return logo to back edit window→File →Save or Save as→ input file name (English letter or number)→ adjust image size, rotation and position as need →click return logo to exit.
Click Delete on the upper right corner to delete current content.

The variable QR code can be generated in two ways: "internal data" and "external data". Internal data is generated in real time based on the counter value. External data is generated in real time based on links to associated external file sites.
The size of the QR code can be adjusted by "zoom" and "Length", and the sharpness can be adjusted by "Level".
Click Delete on the upper right corner to delete current content.

3.6 Edit Bar code

In edit menu, click Bar code to input Bar code content. Click QR code → click Type to choose proper bar code type → Edit →input bar code number → click return logo to back edit window→File →Save or Save as→ input file name (English letter or number)→adjust image size, rotation and position as need →click return logo to exit.
If do not need display the Bar code number, can select "Hide Number".
Click Delete on the upper right corner to delete current content.

3.7 Delete and copy file

In edit menu, click File → Open → Local → Select file → Delete
In edit menu, click File → Open → Local → Select file → Copy to local

1. System Set

4.1 System settings

Language: choose language needed and click exit logo, the system will restart automatically.
Date & Time: current date and time.
Voltage: set up proper voltage according to ink cartridge. (10V default)
Pulse width: set up proper pulse width according to ink cartridge. (1.8 default)
Sound: tick it, buzzer works, and there is a tone after each print is completed. Calibration: after clicking, the system will restart into calibration process, click 5 points to finish calibration. (Don’t click this function if printer screen is normal)

4.2 Print Set

Print Mode: choose different modes to trigger printer
①Key trigger: trigger printer via print button, need tick Sync wheel.
②External sensor: trigger printer via external sensor
③Automatic: no need trigger, printer will work continuously after starting.
Direction: the direction of printing. There are four direction: normal, X reverse, Y reverse, XY reverse.
Speed: the speed of printing, 0 is the fastest.
Interval: the time from printer receives trigger signal to starting work. 0 is the minimum value.
Print width: this function will effect after ticking Sync wheel. Printing length will be wider when value gets larger.
Gray: Printing color will be darker when value gets larger.
Sync wheel: need tick this function when using print mode of key trigger.

5.0. Print

Print Set: the same as print adjustment.
Select File: load file need printing.
Counter Set: set up the counter initial value, end value, current value, step value, current value, and number of prints.

5.1 Select File

Select File →choose file from Local or UDisk→OK→ finish loading.

5.2 Counter set

The counter value corresponds to the count number in the print file.
Cur value: current value of count number.
Initial value: the start value of count number.
Step value: the increasing value of each time.
End value: the maximum value of count number.
Print count: the cumulative number of prints. Could clear to zero for restart.

5.3 Start printing

Set up printing parameters, and load printing file. Click Print to start working. Press the printing button on handle, and make the printer wheel roll on flat object will finish printing work.
Please cancel Printing first before changing any parameter.
